Rewatching this after a year or so is so nostalgic.I never get tired of coming back for this series, actually every pokemon series to be honest 💖 I don't expect ash to be mature in the next seasons or episodes because let's be honest, Pokemon are made for children and we adults are just meddling with it cauze it became part of our childhood and one of our favorite game in existence 😉

It's ironic because fans usually complain about band/characters changing and "not being the same", but here we are with pokemon resetting every new game/country and people still being pissed. Ash is like this for over 20 years, why don't they get this is how you keep the franchise going🤣🤣🤣🤣 must be the denial of the reality that capitalism shaped our childhood.

the target audience seems to be kids from 8-10- teens so that the show can train the kids towards liking and held together within the ecosystem of the huge bundle of pokemon merchandise and games

also i hope they had atleast kepth the names of the pokemons same within the languages. i watched the english and hindi dub versions and now the names freaking confuses. it’s frustrating sometimes knowing Psyduck is Koduck or smth, Ditto is Metamon, sparrow is susume or some shit. my brain’s gonna explode 🤯
